Configure resource link columns

Use resource link columns to include hyperlinks that go to specific workbooks or worksheets.
To configure a resource link column:
In a worksheet, select Column and KPI Settings, then select the Columns tab.
Select or create an input column.
In the Column settings dialog, go to the General tab.
In the Value type or Type dropdown list, select Resource Link or RESOURCE_LINK.
Select Save. Two additional hidden columns are automatically added to the worksheet:
- Link: Name WB ID
- Link: Name WS ID
where Name is the name of the newly created resource link column.
Show the Link: Name WB ID and Link: Name WS ID columns.
In the resource link column, double-click the field in the needed row and enter the hyperlink text.
In the Link: Name WB ID column, double-click the field in the same row and enter the ID of the workbook where the hyperlink should redirect users.
In the Link: Name WS ID column, double-click the field in the same row and enter the ID of the worksheet where the hyperlink should redirect users.
NoteA hyperlink won't appear unless you enter a workbook ID.
Hide the Link: Name WB ID and Link: Name WS ID columns.
