Configure users list

IQ Interface's User Management application allows you to configure which users and profiles are visible in the Zilliant users list.

Manage profiles

Whenever you synchronize with the active user records in the system, the User Management application also updates a list of user profiles. The profile list manages the values of the Profile dropdown column in the Zilliant users list.

To view and manage the profiles list:

1. From the Manager Dashboard, expand User Management and select Configuration.
2. In the Visible Profiles worksheet, select the Visible checkbox for the profiles you want to display in the Profile dropdown column in the users list.

Manage hidden users

IQ Interface allows you to hide a user in the Zilliant users list that should never be edited or deactivated. Hiding a user conceals their details in the Zilliant users list but does not affect their access to the system. This action helps reduce the risk of unintended changes to specific users, including API and integration users, who must preserve their access to the system.

To hide a user:

1. From the Manager Dashboard, expand User Management and select Configuration.
2. In the Hidden Users worksheet, select Insert Row.
3. From the Username dropdown list, select the needed user.
4. Select Save.
