FAQ
How do I get access to Zilliant MCP Server?
To get access to Zilliant MCP Server, contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.
Does my data leave Zilliant?
Zilliant MCP Server uses Zilliant data in the backend to generate results, but it does not send your Zilliant data directly to AI providers.
Your MCP client determines which AI provider you use and what information may be shared with that provider. Review your MCP client and AI provider settings to make sure they align with your internal policies.
Does Zilliant MCP Server store anything?
Yes, but only a limited amount of data. Zilliant MCP Server stores authentication sessions to support sign-in and access control. It does not store pricing datasets as part of the request flow.
Can my AI provider train on the data?
That depends on the AI provider you choose and how you configure your MCP client or workspace. Many providers offer controls for data retention and training, and some organizations enforce additional restrictions at the workspace level.
Check your AI provider’s terms and configure retention and training settings according to your requirements.
