      When possible, Zilliant documentation avoids using biased language. We have maintained some terms to avoid affecting customer implementations.

      International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) are used on quotes. They comprise internationally recognized rules that establish the responsibilities of buyers and sellers.

      To define Incoterms:

      1. From the Zilliant CPQ application left navigation area, select Administrator.
      2. In Master Data Management, browse or search for INCO Terms, then select it to set up Incoterms.
