Pricing Plus maps your organization’s pricing waterfall into a framework, or a standardized, governable structure with related product components, that allows you to define how your organization’s prices are built. This structure delivers visibility into pricing logic, supports repeatable automation and overrides, and creates the foundation for scaling pricing maturity.
With this structure, Pricing Plus allows you to separate in-progress work from live pricing, or active pricing, through the following methods:
Editing a draft framework: depending on your member role, you can customize your organization’s pricing structure and related product components without affecting active pricing. When you publish these framework changes to your organization’s active pricing, Pricing Plus automatically updates viewing formats according to the new framework logic. This ensures you and your team are confidently working on the same pricing foundation.
Creating a scenario: depending on your member role, you can model possible changes to your organization’s pricing and determine how these changes will affect underlying pricing data. Pricing Plus allows your organization to create up to three experimental models, or scenarios, at a time. When you publish changes from a scenario to your organization’s active pricing, Pricing Plus automatically updates any other existing scenarios according to your scenario’s logic. This ensures you and your team are confidently working on the same pricing foundation.
Throughout this process, Pricing Plus allows you to view your organization’s active pricing as KPI cards and track how unpublished changes will change your organization’s KPIs.
In addition, this Pricing Plus experience is built on a standard data model, ensuring consistency, simplifying onboarding, and enabling a seamless deployment and adoption of new roadmap items. This data model provides the following import and export capabilities:
AI-assisted CSV uploading of your data with field mapping for product, account, and transaction records
CSV downloading of your published pricing data
