Your first time

After Zilliant provisions your company's environment, we create your first member account. We assign that account the Admin role, which grants the account administrative privileges.

Read Members and permissions to understand Zilliant roles and how they determine member account privileges in your environment.

Zilliant sends a welcome email to the email address you provided during initial setup. The welcome email includes a secure link to sign in.

Select the link in the email.
On the Zilliant Log in page, use one of these options to authenticate:
- Continue with email—Zilliant sends a single-use link to your email address to sign in. Links expire after 60 minutes.
- Set a password instead—Set a password to sign in.
- Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft—Use your Google or Microsoft account to sign in.

After you authenticate, we take you to the Admin Configuration page.

Go to https://login.myzilliant.com to sign in.

You’ll always sign in to Zilliant from this location. Bookmark it for easy access later.

Forget your password?

If you forget your password, select the Reset Password option on the sign-in screen.

Can members authenticate through another identity provider?

Members can sign in to Zilliant with their Google or Microsoft account. You also can enable single sign-on (SSO) to enable members to sign in with an identity provider such as Okta, Google, or Microsoft. Read Authentication methods to learn more.
