New to Zilliant? This topic will tell you everything you need to know about signing in to your member account.
Your first time
Your organization has one or more administrators who are responsible for managing member accounts on the Zilliant system.
Your admin will add your member account. When they do, Zilliant sends a welcome message to your account email address.
The email contains a secure link that directs you to the Zilliant Log in page.
Sign in to Zilliant
Enter your account email address, then select Continue with email.

Zilliant emails you a link to sign in. Links expire after one hour.
The email looks like this:

After you select Log In, you may have to take another step to confirm your identity. You might be asked to enter a passcode sent to your phone, or use an authenticator app on your phone for access. If youāre not sure what to do, contact your a Zilliant admin at your company.Follow any requested steps to verify your identity. When verified, youāll see your default page on the Zilliant system.

Sign in with email and password
Enter your account email address, then select Use a password instead to set a password.

After you sign in, you may have to take a second step to verify your identity. You might be asked to enter a passcode sent to your phone, or use an authenticator app on your phone for access. If youāre not sure what to do, contact a Zilliant admin at your company.Follow any requested steps to confirm your identity. When verified, youāll see your default page on the Zilliant system.
Sign in with another application
If enabled by your organization, you can use another appāsuch as Google or Microsoftāto sign in to Zilliant.
From your Sign up or log in page, select a third-party app.
Zilliant sends you to the provider to sign in.Enter your usual user name and password, then sign in.
The provider sends you back to Zilliant, which then takes you to your default landing page.
Sign in with Google
Select Continue with Google.

Select the Google account you want to use.

Select Continue.
Use one of the offered methodsāsaved passkey, another device, or passwordāto authenticate to your Google account. You may have to complete additional steps if you have two-step verification turned on for your Google account.
Sign in with Microsoft
Make sure youāre signed in to your Microsoft account.
Select Continue with Microsoft to allow myzilliant.com access.

Go to your Zilliant sign-in page:
Youāll always sign in to Zilliant from this address. Bookmark it for easy access later.
Forget your password?
If you forget your password, use the Reset password option on the Log in with email and password page.
Common questions
I didnāt get a welcome email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. If itās there, make sure to allowlist email from noreply@myzilliant.com so that messages get to your inbox.
If you still canāt find it, itās possible that your account email address is incorrect. Contact a Zilliant admin in your organization.
I got a āMember already existsā message when I tried to sign in for the first time. What should I do?
An account with your email address is already registered in the Zilliant system. Try resetting your password, or select Continue with email for a link to access.
Where do I sign in to Zilliant?
Go to https://login.myzilliant.com
to sign in. Remember to bookmark this location for quick access.
Can my Zilliant admin reset my password?
Yes. The reset process deletes your current password and sends you an email to set a new password.
Can I update my profile?
Your Zilliant admin manages your account. Contact them if you have questions.
Can I authenticate through my organizationās single sign-on (SSO) identity provider?
If enabled by your Zilliant admin, you can sign in through one or more identity providers such as Okta, Google, or Microsoft.
