Scorecard

Analytics allows you to view the full details of a product or customer. To view these details:

Go to Scorecard.
Go to the filters above the interactive charts.
Select at least one product or customer, then select Apply.

Scorecard displays the following charts related to the product or customer:

Revenue and Margin Trend—This chart captures the impact of sales volume on overall profitability.
Top Products/Customers by Margin—This chart identifies business-critical customers in Scorecard’s Product page and products in Scorecard’s Customer page.
Margin Distribution—This chart identifies the 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 percentile distribution of profit margins for products in Scorecard’s Product page or customers in Scorecard’s Customer page. The chart groups this distribution by the time variable selected in the View By filter.
Product/Customer Scatterplot—This chart identifies margin/revenue relationships across customers in Scorecard’s Product page and products in Scorecard’s Customer page.

View data

To view all values of a scatter plot, hover over the legend and move up or down the legend.

To drill up or down in a time series report, hover over the upper right corner of the report and select a drill up or down option, or select a time range with the View By filter.

Filter data

Filter data by multiple attributes

Enter or select values for the filters above the interactive charts.

Filter data by one attribute

Select a data point in a visualization. This displays a menu with filtering options if applicable, as shown in the following image.
Select Focus only on.

Filter out data based on one attribute

Select a data point in a visualization. This displays a menu with filtering options if applicable, as shown in the following image.
Select Exclude.

Filter data by date range

By default, the Scorecard page draws on data from the previous seven days.

To change the date range of displayed data:

Expand the Date Picker.
Select a date range.
Select Confirm.

Clear filters

Refresh the page.
