# View the worksheet activity log

IQ Interface supports multiple users who can access and simultaneously work with the same sets of data in worksheets. To see who made changes, and when those changes were made, use the **Updated By** and **Updated Date** fields.

Depending on your implementation, these fields may not be visible. To make the **Updated By** and **Updated Date** fields visible in a worksheet, follow these steps:

1. In a worksheet, select **Properties**.
2. In the **Column** section, select the **Updated By** and **Updated Date** fields, then select **Save**.

You can further sort, filter, or hide these fields.
