# Add action cards to a page

Follow these steps to add the **Action Cards** component to a Lightning page:

1. From the Lightning page editor, find the Lightning page where you want to add the **Action Cards** component, then select **Edit**.
2. On the leftmost panel, scroll down to the **Custom** section.
3. Drag the **Action Cards** component to the desired place in the page layout.
4. On the rightmost panel, enter or select values:
  - **Action Card Group Configuration Name**—​Enter the name of the configuration that you defined.
  - **The number of columns**—​Enter the number of columns to display.
  - **Show Action Card Group Title**—Select this option to show the group title that you specified in the **Group Label** or **Group Label Override** field.
5. Select **Save**.
